Complete structural renovation and reconstruction of a historic circular brick pavilion, including masonry restoration and new timber roof structure.
This project involved the full renovation of an old circular brick pavilion located in a wooded environment.
The structure was in a deteriorated condition, requiring extensive masonry repair and partial reconstruction. The works included:
- Careful demolition of damaged brick sections
- Reconstruction of circular masonry walls
- Structural stabilization
- Installation of new lintels
- Fabrication and installation of a custom timber roof structure
- Roof covering installation
- Restoration of façade brickwork
Special attention was given to preserving the original architectural character while reinforcing the structure for long-term durability.
