Historic Brick Pavilion – Complete Renovation

Complete structural renovation and reconstruction of a historic circular brick pavilion, including masonry restoration and new timber roof structure.

This project involved the full renovation of an old circular brick pavilion located in a wooded environment.

The structure was in a deteriorated condition, requiring extensive masonry repair and partial reconstruction. The works included:

  • Careful demolition of damaged brick sections
  • Reconstruction of circular masonry walls
  • Structural stabilization
  • Installation of new lintels
  • Fabrication and installation of a custom timber roof structure
  • Roof covering installation
  • Restoration of façade brickwork

Special attention was given to preserving the original architectural character while reinforcing the structure for long-term durability.
